The 14th edition of the European Winter Games were held in Kopaonik, Serbia from March 21st to March 25th, 2018 with the support of the Association Sport for All Serbia.

KOPAONIK 2018, A SUCCESSFUL EDITION

Put the words fun, joy, friendship, hospitality and great winter sport conditions together and you immediately think of last week European Company Sport Winter Games (14th edition) in the superb Serbian winter sport resort of Kopaonik. Around 800 participants from 15 countries attended the games.

Given the great cooperation between the organisers and EFCS Sport Management to organise the Serbian Ski Festival and the EFCS’s European winter company sport games, it hardly comes as a surprise that the 14th games have lived up to people’s expectations and that all active sportsmen and sportswomen left Kopaonik very satisfied.

CAN STRBSKE PLESO IN SLOVAKIA DO BETTER IN 2020?

The 2020 European Winter Games will be held in Slovakia in the region of the High Tatras. The city of Strbske Pleso will be the hotspot, being the highest town in the area.

The town is no stranger to international competitions hosting in 1970 the Cross-country Ski World Championship. Today, the ski resort holds 24km of slopes with modern cable-cars to reach the entire ski domain and high quality accommodation.
